Empowering Communities Around the World
with sustainable clean water
Who We Are
Water for All International exists to make Jesus known in word and deed by empowering communities with sustainable access to clean water. Through hands-on training and local partnerships, we help families drill their own wells—enabling better farming, improved health, and increased household income.
1 in 4 people across the globe don’t have
access to reliable, sustainable clean water.
-
Dirty or contaminated water spreads diseases like cholera, diarrhea, dysentery, and typhoid. Kids are especially vulnerable, and unsafe water is a major cause of child illness and death worldwide.
-
Without clean water, it’s hard to wash hands, bathe, or clean food and surfaces. That lets infections spread more easily—even illnesses that aren’t directly waterborne.
-
Lower production of crops means less food for families and less surplus to sell. This can lead to hunger and malnutrition within the community.
It’s not enough to provide clean water.
Families need access to a reliable water source to grow food, improve sanitation and health. WFAI helps individual families learn the skills they need to acquire clean, sustainable, reliable water for them and their neighbors.
WE TRAIN FAMILIES TO DRILL THEIR OWN WELLS
We teach and empower the rural, economically poor to solve basic food, water, and financial challenges using their own resources in a God-honoring way. We celebrate life and share the goodness of God through the Gospel of Jesus.
Water For All International uses appropriate technology which can be learned, applied and employed within the local culture. While serving others abroad, we design ‘well clubs.’ Our water well clubs are a group of ten neighbors who are taught how to help each other drill their own water wells on their own properties until all ten ultimately have their own wells.
A very large area of rural Bolivia has been markedly transformed employing this system which is now being used by WFA missionaries serving in countries such as Uganda and Ethiopia. Additionally and always foundational to the Five-Day Water Well Drilling Training Intensive, is planting and encouraging local churches – providing “The Living Water” – the driving force of Water for All International.
OUR MISSIONARIES ARE THE BACKBONE, MOVERS, AND SHAKERS BRINGING THE GOSPEL TO COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD
In Ethiopia alone, our missionaries’ efforts in 2026 have already contributed to the training and development of more than 35 new water wells—bringing sustainable access to clean water to communities in need. Building on this momentum, in 2025 we supported the drilling of over 250 wells across five countries, expanding our reach and deepening our impact globally. Through both word and action, they reflect the love of Christ—bringing hope, dignity, and lasting transformation to those they serve.
