Bolivia  
Executing local program in partnership with local christian NGO World Concern Bolivia and the Convención Bautista Bolviana.

Developing Appropriate Technology low cost well drilling technologies, pumps, windmills, micro tractors, seeders, and sprayers suitable for village/small town level fabrication. 

Empowering families and communities to drill their own water wells. 1700 plus wells drilled so far in Bolivia with WFA technology. Also trained dozens of Peace Corp volunteers with who have drilled over 60 wells with national counterparts.  Also trained government water engineers and personel of the Department of Oruro.

Installing low cost community water systems. Designed and installed very low cost village water system using local labor and locally built water tanks, wells, and windmills. First prototype installed San Lorenzo and second being installed in San Juan de la Cruz.  (funded by Rotary ot UK.)
 
Colobrated with Poldaw Designs to build and test first Poldaw 1.8 model windpump.

Providing Spiritual Care. Started First Baptist Church of San Julian and homestead area in conjunction with the Convencion Bautista Boliviana. Supporting local CBB missionary and pastor.
 
Fully funded by designated gifts to Southland Baptist Church Water For All Ministry from individuals and churches like Trinity Baptist, Hendricks Ave Baptist, University Baptist of Arlington.
 
 
Sri Lanka
Colaborated with Cooperative Baptist Fellowship an World Concern Sri Lanka.    
 
Developed and Tested WFA low cost well drilling system for Tsunami reconstruction.  8 well drilled during trials.  50 addtional wells reported by World Conern drilled since with 700 more planed.

Nicaragua
Colaborated with Mr. Paul Closen and Local NGO Comite Si a La Vida.

Transferred WFA manual well drilling technology and “water club” methodology.
Helped with minor financing of drilling equipment and well material. 62 wells drilled by families organized by Mr. Closen and Comite Si a La Vida.
 
Water Clubs funded by Mr. Paul Closen with minor funding by WFA.
 
 
Nicaragua
cooperated with Mr. Henk Holstag
 
Transfered motorized WFA drilling technology to local appropriate technology shop "AMEC" and demonstrated drilling technology. 11 wells drilled since with community participation.

Kenya
cooperated with Dr. Cathy Fitzgerald and community of Rabondo.
 
Developed and did initial testing of WFA manual well drilling technology adapted for Kenya. Drilled 2 wells. Local trainee has drilled 3 additional wells.

Ethiopia 
   Cooperated with Mr. David Harding of Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.

Developed and did initial testing of WFA manual well drilling technology
adapted for Central Ethiopia. Drilled 12 wells in Langano, Tufa and Awassa area.  Trained Yared Sisay in cooperation with Selam Awassa business group, and
David Harding.

Ethiopia
Cooperating with the Blair Foundation and Ethiopia Call Mission
 
 Developed and did initial testing of WFA manual drilling technology in Assosa in Western Ethiopia. Recently began phase 2 testing and development. Plans for possible 1000 eventual wells.

Ethiopia
 
Cooperating with Fikre Gebremariam of Great Concern Ethiopia.
 
Drilled 19.5m well in village of Awashbune, Ethiopia with installed WFA low cost family pump.

Cooperated with Mr. Ivo Fru Ngufor

  Ivo was trained to drill low cost wells in Bolivia and has since drilled over 30 wells in Cameroon and trained 5 artisan well drillers.
